Production & Processing Timeline

All of our matching family apparel is made-to-order. This means we start creating your items specifically for you after your order is placed, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.

  • Standard Processing Time: 3–4 business days for production and quality checks before your order is handed off to our shipping carrier.
  • Peak Season Notice: During high-demand periods (Major holidays, Back-to-School, Summer vacation planning, Black Friday/Cyber Monday), processing may extend by 2–4 additional business days. We recommend ordering early for events and holidays.
  • Order Modifications: Due to our immediate production workflow, orders cannot be canceled or changed once the processing phase has begun (typically within a few hours of placement). Please review your cart, sizes, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

How We Fulfill Your Order

To provide the best quality and fastest delivery, we work with specialized print and fulfillment partners located in strategic regions:

  • North American Orders: Fulfilled from partner facilities within the United States.
  • European & UK Orders: Fulfilled from partner facilities within the European Union.

This localized production model helps reduce shipping distances, delivery times, and our overall environmental footprint.

Order Tracking & Updates

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a “Your Order Has Shipped” email as soon as your package leaves our partner facility. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to monitor its journey.
  • Tracking Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system after you receive the notification.

Important Shipping Policies

Address Accuracy:
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify the address after an order is confirmed. Packages shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may be lost and are not eligible for a free replacement or refund.

Multiple-Package Shipments:
For orders containing items from different product categories or sizes, your items may be produced in separate locations and shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking details for each parcel. This ensures no part of your order is delayed.

International Orders – Customs & Import Fees:
All orders shipped outside the USA and EU are considered international shipments. The recipient is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees levied by their country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping costs. We cannot predict or control these charges, and non-payment may result in delivery delays or the return of your package.

While we work diligently to meet our estimates, occasional delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our direct control, including:

  • Customs inspections and clearance procedures.
  • Carrier delays during peak holiday volumes or severe weather events.
