Returns & Exchanges
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. To ensure the best experience, we provide a free prepaid return label included in every package for your convenience.
Damaged, Wrong Item, or Change of Mind?
Whether the item arrived damaged, misprinted, or you simply changed your mind, we offer a 100% hassle-free return policy:
- Use the free prepaid return label found inside your original packaging.
- If you cannot find your label, simply email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will send a digital copy immediately.
- Choose between a full refund or a free replacement.
Shipping & Fees
- No restocking fees: We never charge fees for processing your return.
- Free Return Shipping: Return shipping is always on us, regardless of the reason for return.
- Product Condition: We accept returns for items in New condition.
Refund Process
Once your return is received at our facility, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. (Special Note: For orders placed between Dec 24 and Dec 31, 2026, we extend our return window to 70 days).
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, please use our standard 60-day return process once the item arrives.
