Before We Ship: Order Processing
Each order is individually prepared and quality-checked within 2–3 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods — think Christmas, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and back-to-school season — this window may stretch slightly, but we always move as fast as we can.
A couple of things worth knowing upfront:
- Production starts immediately after your order is confirmed, so cancellations aren’t possible once placed — please review your cart carefully before checkout
- Custom or personalized items may need a little extra production time beyond the standard window

Where Your Order Ships From
We work with carefully selected fulfillment partners operating out of the United States and Europe. Whenever possible, your order is produced and shipped from the facility closest to you — which means faster delivery, less transit time, and a smaller carbon footprint. A win for your family and for the planet.
Tracking Your Package
The moment your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel. Tracking details typically become active within 2–5 business days after the confirmation email — if nothing shows up right away, give it a little time before reaching out.
Shipping Address
Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to update or redirect the shipping address. Please take a moment to double-check your delivery details before hitting that final button — especially apartment numbers and ZIP codes, which are the most common culprits for missed deliveries.
Multiple Packages in One Order
If your order includes items fulfilled from different locations, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Don’t worry — this won’t affect what you paid for shipping, and you’ll receive individual tracking links for each parcel so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
International Orders: Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the US and EU, your country’s customs authority may apply import duties, taxes, or inspection fees upon arrival. These charges are determined entirely by local regulations and are not something we control or include in our pricing. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering if you’re unsure.
When Things Take Longer Than Expected
We wish we could control every step of the journey, but occasionally things outside our hands cause delays — carrier backlogs, extreme weather, customs inspections, or global disruptions. If your package seems stuck, reach out to us and we’ll investigate on your behalf.
